Bob Flock - Manitoba

  • 1958 throws his first rock at the Deer Lodge Curling Club.
  • Since then Bob's played in over 25 Manitoba Police Championships.
  • Reached the Manitoba Championship final 19 times winning 9 Championships in 96,93,92,90,87,81,74,73,68.
  • Skipped his 1981 Team to a National Championship.
  • In 1984 Bob was Chairman of the Host Committee to the Canadian Police Championship.
  • On March 19, 1992 Bob received an Honorary Life Membership from the Canadian Police Curling Association.
  • On May 23, 1995 Bob received and Honorary Life Membership from the Manitoba Curling Association.
  • On January 23/03, Bob retired from the Winnipeg Police Service.

Roy Gislason

  • Roy joined the RCMP in 1957
  • Roy returned to Manitoba in 1969 and became involved in the MPCA
  • Roy retired from the RCMP in 1982 as a Staff Sgt.
  • Roy Hosted the 1992 Canadian Police Curling Championships in Brandon
  • Roy won 3 Canadian Police Curling Championships in 1975, 1976 and 1977 as a skip.
  • On March 19, 1992 Roy received an Honourary Life Membership from the Canadian Police Curling Association.
